Xavier Terrell Young, age 37, of Quincy, Florida, departed this earthly life on Tuesday, April 24, 2025, in Tallahassee, Florida.

Born and raised in Columbia County, Xavier completed his high school education through the Columbia County School District. A hardworking and driven individual, he pursued his passion for entrepreneurship by establishing his own business—Young’s Pressure Washing & Lawn Care, LLC. Through his business, he built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and a deep pride in serving his community.

Xavier will be remembered for his generous heart, determined spirit, and the quiet strength with which he carried himself.

He is survived by his daughter, Za’Kiyah La’Cal Young of North Carolina, and his son, Kingston Issiah Young of Bristol, Florida. He also leaves behind his stepfather, LaForest Gee (Laterrica) of Quincy, Florida; his father, Don Pierre, Sr. of North Carolina; his brother, Don Pierre, Jr. of North Carolina; his sister, Jessica Gee of Quincy, Florida; and a host of other loving relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, Florida. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Bradwell Memorial Chapel, followed by interment at Sunnyvale Cemetery.

Xavier’s legacy of love, perseverance, and community service will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
