Willie Roy Outley, Sr., 80, of Quincy, Florida passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at home in
Quincy. He was a member of Quincy Community Deliverance COGIC, Quincy. Professionally, he
was a truck driver, Joseph Cory Delivery Service. He loved fishing and singing with his Gospel
choir. Service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Quincy Community Deliverance
COGIC. Viewing will be 3pm – 7pm, Friday, April 8, 2022 at Bradwell Mortuary.

Surviving family includes his wife, Ethel Lee Hawkins Outley, Quincy, FL; daughter, Cynthia D.
Outley-Cole (Lee), Quincy, FL; and sons, Willie Roy Outley, Jr. (Tammy), Columbia, SC and
Charles W. Outley (Mammie Lee), Quincy, FL.
