Vanester Esland, 74, of Quincy, Florida transitioned from labor to reward Monday, July 31, 2023  in Tallahassee, FL. Services will be 11:00am, Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Blessed Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Quincy, FL with burial at the St. John AME Church cemetery, Quincy, FL. Visitation will be 3:00pm – 7:00pm, Friday, August 11, 2023 at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy, FL.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Cathy Esland of Quincy, FL, Carey Esland of Portsmouth, VA, Terry Esland of Tallahassee, FL, Sherri Esland of Austin, TX, Cedric Francis of Columbus, GA, and Iyran (Cheryl) Francis, Sr. of Chattahoochee, FL; a brother,  Shepard Gilchrist of Quincy, FL; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
