Robert Earl “Bobby” Youman, 70, of Quincy, Florida departed this earthly life Friday, July 8, 2022 in Tallahassee, FL. After graduating from Carter-Parramore High School in 1969, he served with the U.S. Armed Forces for 30 years, ultimately retiring from Florida State Hospital. He was a faithful member of St Hebron AME Church, Quincy, where he served as a steward, class leader, mass choir member, usher, and in many other capacities.
Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, July 23, 2022 at New Bethel AME Church, Quincy, FL, with burial 12:00 noon, Monday, July 24, 2022 at Tallahassee National Cemetery. Viewing will be 3pm - 7pm, Friday, July 22, 2022 at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy.
Surviving family includes his wife, Debra Parks Youman, Quincy, Florida; sons, Robert Youman, Jr. and Travis Akins, both of Tallahassee, FL; daughter, Bridgette Daniels, Tallahassee, FL; stepsons, Bryan Parks and Brandon Parks, both of Atlanta, GA; brother, James Wade, Midway, FL; and sister-in-law, Cynthia Prince, Ocala, FL
