Montoya Gadero Pride, 50, of Quincy, FL, departed this life on Friday, January 10, 2025, in Quincy, FL. A native of Gadsden County, he attended its public schools and later worked for George Morris Concrete Service. Known for his loving, hardworking, and supportive nature, Montoya was cherished by many.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at West Gadsden Middle School in Greensboro, FL, with interment at Greensboro Community Cemetery. A visitation will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, FL.
He is survived by three step-children: Timothy Hughes, Steven Murphy, and Shantoria Davis, all of Quincy, FL; his mother, Altamease Milton Smith; his father, Woodrow Pride, Sr.; four siblings: Woodrow Pride, Jr., Keith Pride, Evelyn Reed, and Vevelyn Parham; three grandchildren: Timothy Hughes, Jr., Kamarion Hudges, and Za’Viah Unique Davis; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
