Leonard “Roscoe” Jorworski Newton, 52, of Quincy, FL, departed this earthly life on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, in Tallahassee, FL. Born in Tampa, FL, Roscoe completed his education at Tampa Vocational Institute. He was a skilled Construction Worker and Welder, known for his dedication to his craft.

Roscoe was an active member of Greenshade Lodge #153 and was deeply involved in serving his community.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Crossroad Academy Charter School l in Quincy, FL. Interment will follow at Sunnyvale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Bradwell Mortuary.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Florence Monroe of Quincy, FL; his devoted aunt, Millie Forehand of Quincy, FL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
