Lawrence Thomas, 70, of Quincy, FL, peacefully transitioned on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, in Tallahassee, FL.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Bostick Temple Christian Center in Quincy, FL, followed by interment at Charitable Pallbearer Cemetery, Quincy, FL. Visitation will take place on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, FL.

Cherishing his memory are his beloved children: Lasonya Thomas (Havana, FL), Trenardus Thomas (Los Angeles, CA), Taryn Thomas (Hyannis, MA), and Lauren Thomas (Tallahassee, FL); his bonus children, ShaRhonda Thornton and Shawn Jones; his devoted siblings, Lillie Dell (James) Denson (Quincy, FL), Ronnie Thomas (Tampa, FL), Debra Brown (Quincy, FL), and Vera Perkins (Newark, NJ); as well as 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of cherished relatives and friends.

His love, wisdom, and kindness will forever be remembered.
