John Arthur McMillan, 73, of Mt. Pleasant, FL, departed this earthly life Saturday, July 27, 2024 in Tallahassee, FL. He enjoyed farming and mechanical work.

Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Gretna, FL, with burial following at Hanna Town Cemetery in Bainbridge, GA. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, FL.

He leaves to cherish his memory six children: Mario McMillan, Calbert McMillan, Lamitra McMillan, Karius McMillan, Quavartie McMillan, and Ferontis McMillan; four siblings: Myra Frances Mackey, Patricia Ann Langford, Juanita Mims, and Roy McMillan; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
