St Stephen AME Church, Bainbridge, Ga. He was employed with Talquin Electric Cooperative, Inc as a
chief lineman. Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Carter Parramore Academy,
Quincy, FL with burial at Hannatown Cemetery, Bainbridge. Viewing will be 3pm – 7pm, Friday,
June 17, 2022 at Bradwell Mortuary.

Surviving family includes his wife, Jessie McMillan, Gretna, FL; daughters, Jessica Apenteng
(Kingsley), Woodbridge, VA, Dana McMillan, Tallahassee, FL , Priscilla Fitzgerald, Quincy, FL,
Cynthia McMillan, Quincy, FL; son, Wilbur McMillan, Quincy, FL; sisters, Myra Mackey,
Bainbridge, GA, Patricia Langford (Mickey), Cairo, GA, and Juanita Mims (Tommie), Moreno
Valley, CA; brothers, Roy McMillan, Quincy, FL, Elarge McMillan (Virginia), and John McMillan
(Ella Mae), Quincy, FL; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 1 great great
grandchild.
