Deborah Carter Farlin, 67, of Quincy, Florida departed this earthly life
Sunday, September 25, 2022 in Quincy. She was the seventh child of seven
children. Deborah was affectionately known by many of her family and
friends as Debbie, Precious, Baby girl, and T-Ma. She had a heart of gold and
sought to love everyone. She graduated with honors from Carter Parramore
High School. She soon after went on to become a paralegal and worked 30
plus years with Gadsden County Public Defender's Office until her retirement.
Deborah was also a Breast Cancer Survivor.
Deborah was preceded in death by two brothers: Jim Henry Carter and Eddie
Lee Carter, and three sisters, Robbie Sue Carter, Annie Clara Carter McNeal
(Robert), and Frances Carter Riles (Sylvester), one stepson, Damien Jarlin.
Deborah Leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Bobby Ray Carter, Sr.,
Quincy, FL; goddaughter/niece Shantesha Ryles; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and cousins.
