John Kelly, 90, of Quincy, Florida passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022 in Tavares, FL. Born in Colquitt, Georgia, he made his home in Quincy, Florida. John was a faithful deacon of Power Ministries Church of God in Christ. Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, September 17, 2022, Tabernacle Church of Christ Written in Heaven, 12425 Blue Star Hwy, Gretna, FL, with burial at Bradwell Cemetery, Quincy (Lake Talquin), FL. Viewing will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday, September 16, 2022, at Bethlehem Church of God in Christ, 3060 McCall Bridge Road, Quincy. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be given to the family.
John is survived by his wife, Vera Mae Kelly, Quincy, Florida; daughters, Alease Veronica Starks (Edwin), Quincy, FL and Felicia A. Kelly, Quincy, FL; sons John E. Kelly (Catherine), Tallahassee, FL and Harold Kelly (Treva), Eustis, FL; sisters, Hattie Grier, Ollie Kelly, and Mollie Ashley, all of Tampa, FL; brothers Felix Kelly (Annie), Quincy, FL and Leroy Kelly (Betty), Colorado Springs, CO; sister-in-law, Roberta Gilyard, Ft
Myers, FL; 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
