Curtiss Allen "Curt" Jenkins, 58 of Quincy, Florida transitioned after being summoned by God in His infinite wisdom from service to reward Sunday, August 27, 2023, in Tallahassee, Florida. Curtiss Allen Jenkins was born September 14, 1964.
Curtiss was preceded in death by his loving parents Lawrence Jenkins and Mary Anna Kenon Jenkins and brothers Lawrence Jenkins, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories: two loving daughters, Antoinette Moss (SSgt. Terrance Moss), Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington and Jamia Jenkins Columbia, South Carolina; a loving sister: Angela Jenkins Burgess; brother: Irvin Jenkins (Marilyn) ; aunts: Archie Mae Carter and Earnestine Jenkins all of Quincy, Florida; nephews: Erik Jenkins (Kacey), Ned Burgess, Jr., and Gregory Jenkins; nieces: Sherilda Jenkins, Tashekai Thomas (Kevin), Shameka Hampton (Albert), Nedrika Burgess, and Trinity Burgess.
A special thanks to Curtiss' significant other Benetrious Flowers and caregiving family Amy Flowers, Dominique Flowers, De'Ari Davis, and Desiri Davis, all of Tallahassee, Florida.
Celebration of Life and Legacy Services will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, 1:00 p.m., at New Bethel AME Church, 23209 Blue Star Highway, Quincy, Florida 32351 with burial following at Byrd Cemetery located on Selman Road. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2023, at Bradwell Mortuary, 18300 Blue Star Highway, Quincy, Florida 32351.
