Charles E. Williams, affectionately known as "Charlie, King, and Grease", was born on June 18, 1945 in Thomasville, GA to the late Charlie and Willie Mae Williams.
Charles was the eldest child out of seven children. Charles was reared in the Havana Community and received his education in Gadsden County Public Schools.
Charles received his certification in Master Plumbing and then started his work career as a Master Plumber for Blount Plumbing Company for over 40 years. He enjoyed his television ministry under Granville "Oral" Roberts, Benny Hinn, and Joel Osteen.
Charles leaves to cherish his memories a wife of over 52 years Mrs. Doretha Williams in unto this union was born one daughter, Shenita Williams of St. Petersburg, FL; one bonus son, Aaron L. Dickey of St. Petersburg, FL; one sister, Mary (Harold) Watson of Orlando, FL; five brothers, John (Bernice) Williams, Nathaniel (Mary) Williams, Larry Williams, Terry (Marilyn) Williams, Rickey (Janice) Williams - all of Havana, FL; two grandsons, Keith L. Whitfield, Jr. and Richard L. Junior; 22 great grandchildren; and a host of neices and nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Charlie and Willie Mae Williams, and a bonus daughter, Robin D. Whitehead.
