Ms. Celia Mae Dejerinett Shipmon was born May 3, 1928 in Hayneville, AL. Later in life, her family relocated to Tallahassee, FL. Celia actively served at the Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church of Tallahassee, FL. She transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in Tallahassee , FL. 

Services will be 11:00am , Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church, Tallahassee, FL with burial at Greensboro Community Cemetery, Greensboro, FL. Visitation will be 3:00pm to 7:00pm, Friday, May 26, 2023 at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy, FL. 

Forever cherishing her memory are her children, Agnes Ellis, Brenda Speed, Henry Dejerinett, Irvin Shipmon - all of Tallahassee, FL, Rodgers Shipmon of Capital Heights, MD, and Alvin Shipmon of Baton Rouge, LA; a brother, Anthony Dejerinett of Tallahassee, FL, 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
