Catherine Alicia Simmons, 104, of Quincy, Florida, peacefully departed this earthly life on Friday, March 27, 2026, in Tallahassee, Florida.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Quincy, Florida. Interment will follow at Snow Hill Cemetery in Apalachicola, Florida.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories a loving daughter, Mattie Harris of Bronx, New York; four grandchildren, Anthony Richardson, Sonja Richardson, Catherine Baker, and Frederick Munson, all of Bronx, New York; one niece, Zola “Trina” James of Atlanta, Georgia; along with a host of other relatives and dear friends.
