Brenda House-Howard, age 62, of Gretna, FL, peacefully transitioned from labor to reward on Friday, November 1, 2024, in Quincy, FL. Her Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Salem AME Church in Greensboro, FL, followed by interment at Greensboro Community Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy, FL.

Forever cherishing Brenda’s memories  are her son, Christopher Howard (Veronica) of Gretna, FL; her granddaughter, Elayjah Howard of Tallahassee, FL; seven siblings, including Beverly Hollis-Roney (Dwight) of Gretna, FL, Terrance Walker (Yaquanda) of Midway, FL, Deborah Gail Walker of Gretna, FL, Wilbur House, Jr., Carolyn House-Gibbs, Jeffery House, and Vanessa House, all of Ft. Myers, FL; two aunts, Annie B. Kelly of Gretna, FL, and Bertha Kelly of St. Petersburg, FL; two uncles, Johnny Kelly (Vera) of St. Petersburg, FL, and Archie House Jr. (Christine) of Ft. Myers, FL; one god sister, Victoria Ash of Jacksonville, FL; three goddaughters, Latravia Parks of Tallahassee, FL, Khadijah Baker of Gretna, FL, and Natasha Henley of Columbus, GA; and two beloved toddler caregivers, Ryan “Chocolate Drop” Wilson and Cayden “Rabbit” Hall. She is also remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur House, Sr., and Mamie L. Kelly.
