He was a proud graduate of Greensboro High School, Class of 1971, and later continued his studies at Florida State University.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Salem AME Church in Greensboro, FL.

He leaves to cherish his memory three siblings: Christine Jackson of Birmingham, AL; Ernestine Jackson of Tallahassee, FL; and Daniel Lane of Nashville, TN; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
