Beverly Hawkins was born to the late Deacon John E. Hawkins and the late Deaconess Johnnie M. Crawford Hawkins on November 26, 1965. She departed this life on September 1, 2022 in Tallahassee, FL. She was raised in Quincy, FL and attended the public schools of Gadsden County and graduated with the James A. Shanks High School Class of 1983.
She confessed Christ at an early age and joined First Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church where she once served as a choir member.
She enjoyed cooking and was very good at it. Also, she loved the company of people and her family dearly.
Beverly leaves to cherish her precious memories, her children, Eric Eutsay (Bridget), Demetrius Gilyard, & Shantoria Haynes (Alex) of Tallahasse, FL and Derric Eutsay of Quincy, FL; grandchildren, Rondejah, Mehki, Khyon, Simarja, Gavin, Arianna, Demetrius Jr., Kaleb, Kye, Briunna, and Titeunna; sisters, Debra Weston of Quincy, FL and Cynthia Daniels (Stanley) of Greensboro, FL; aunts, Margaret Williams of Tallahassee, FL, Debra Crawford of Quincy, FL, Lurlene Hawkins, Susie Works, and Nezzie Bogan of Greenville, AL; and a host of sorrowing friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John & Johnnie Hawkins, sisters, Doris Wood Hopkins and Patricia Hawkins, and a brother, Edward E. Hawkins, Sr.
