Arthur Whitfield

Arthur Lee “Tiniche” Whitfield, Jr. was born in Quincy, Florida to Arthur L. Whitfield, Sr. and the late Annie Mae Smith-Whitfield on February 26, 1956.

He departed this life on September 25, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his mother Annie Mae Whitfield; son Rockery “Dondrae Baby” Whitfield; brother Tony Griffin; two sisters Eloise and Louise Whitfield.

Arthur is survived by his father, Arthur Whitfield, Sr.; daughters, Sabrina Whitfield Shuler (Lewis) of Tallahassee, FL and Sharavia Whitfield of Miami, FL; stepson, Algeron Bailey of Miami, FL; grandchildren, Emonnie Bell, Jadah Bell, Johnae Whitfield, Zanah Walker, Zylan Walker, Zanahri Whitfield, Zahmari Sullivan, Dondrae Bailey, Jr, and Sharonda Guyton; great-grands, Ja’Kaden Dupree and Aryiah Bailey; ex-wife, Barbara Whitfield Bailey; sisters, Shirley Griffin of Gretna, FL, Della Daughtery of Tallahassee, FL; brothers, Henry Jeffery, Jr. (Brenda) of Midway, FL, Lonnie Griffin, Jr. (Karen) of Rochester, NY, La-Salle Griffin of Quincy, FL, Chris Griffin of Lexington, KY, and Ricky Griffin of Tallahassee, FL; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces (special niece Shelia Brown); nephews, cousins, other relatives; special friends, Oscar Acre-Darlyne Acre, and Quandra Whaley.
