Annie B. Butler, 78, of Gretna, FL transitioned from earth to glory Sunday, September 15, 2024 in Tallahassee, FL. Funeral services will be 11:00am, Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Beulah Hill M.B. Church, Gretna, FL with burial at St. Paul P.B. Church Cemetery, Gretna, FL. Visitation will be 3pm – 6pm Friday, September 27, 2024 at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy, FL.
Annie is survived by her loving husband, William E. Butler; her daughter, Wendy D. Rollins-Sapp; her son, Tyrone E. Butler; and her granddaughter, Brittney Y. Rollins. She is also survived by her step-children, Tameka Butler and William E. Butler Jr.; her step-grandchildren, NaSyriah Francis, Destiny, Denise Butler, and Malik Butler; her nieces and nephews, Juanita, Bernice, James, and Lamar; her step-sister Cheryl Carton; and cousins, Janice, Karen, Barbara, and Vinette. May each of her loved ones continue to hold fast to God's unchanging hand.
In her own words, Bee often said, "I lived my life centered around trying to love and treat people the way I would want to be treated, and to love others as God has commanded. I hope that I've touched someone's life in a positive way along this journey. I would like to acknowledge that I tried to be a friend to everyone I met along the way."
Her legacy of love and kindness will forever remain in our hearts.
