Alphonso "Buddy" Miller, Sr.

Alphonso “Buddy” Miller, Sr., 70, of Gretna, Florida transitioned from labor to reward Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in Tallahassee, FL. Alphonso was born October 21, 1952 in Gadsden County, FL. He accepted Christ at an early age and served faithfully at the St. Stephens Primitive Baptist Church of Gretna, FL.  Educated in the Gadsden County School System, “Buddy” graduated  from Greensboro High School in 1972. He went on to enlist in the United States Army wherein he served as a Sargent. Upon the completion of his tour of duty, he went on to work and retired from Leon County Schools as an HVAC technician.

Services for Alphonso “Buddy” Miller will be 11am , Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Deliverance Temple Ministries, Chattahoochee, FL , with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Chattahoochee, FL. Viewing will be 3:00pm – 7:00pm Friday, September 9, 2023 at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy, FL.
