Al Williams, 71, of Powder Springs, Georgia departed this earthly life, Tuesday, April 2, 2024 in Powder Springs, GA. A native of Quincy, FL, he was educated in the Gadsden County Public Schools graduating from Carter-Parramore High School. He enlisted with the United States Air Force and later worked for Delta Airlines. He confessed Christ at an early age, and served at the Greater St. Paul AME Church, Austell, GA, until his untimely demise.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Second Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, Quincy, FL, with burial at Steward Temple AME Church Cemetery, Quincy, FL . Visitation will be 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Friday, April 12, 2024 at Bradwell Mortuary, Quincy, FL.
He is survived by one daughter, Nikita Williams of Upper Marlboro, MD; two sons, Marlan Williams and Callarious Williams – both of Quincy,FL; his father, Billy Johnson, Jr. of Quincy, FL; a devoted niece, Y’Shakaa Durham of Loganville, GA; three sisters, April Carroll of Quincy, FL, Marion Oliver of Melbourne, FL, and Steffany Williams of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, Craig Holt of San Diego, California and Stanley Johnson of Quincy, FL; an Aunt, Rudean Martin of Quincy, FL; a grandson, Callarious Williams, Jr. of Quincy, FL; and a granddaughter, Makayla Williams of Quincy, FL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
